Servicing also includes regulating the action and voicing. Regulation involves numerous small adjustments to the piano action and pedals, resulting in a sensitive and accurate touch response.
Voicing aims to ensure that the piano produces a homogeonous and pleasing sound and is accomplished by adjusting, modifyingand aligning the piano hammers.

Pianos are very heavy but delicate instruments and have to be moved with the greatest of care. We have the neccesary equipment and experience to ensure that your piano (upright or grand) is moved carefully and safely.
Since we have the in-house skills, we would offer a 15% discount from our standard rate for a piano tuning, after the piano has been re-located.
